One of the many advantages of the LiON Box e-bike charging station is its unique flexibility. Around 95 % of common e-bike batteries can be charged directly, quickly and always gently by the wallbox. The battery does not have to be removed for this, nor is an extra charger or cable required. Among other things, this is due to the three-pin plugs for direct connection of the bicycles to the charging points. These plugs, called LiON splitters, are available in different versions, each of which can serve a variety of models or systems.
This variant allows you to connect e-bikes with battery systems from BOSCH (oval), BMZ, Brose, Specialized and Shimano.
With the introduction of the new generation, the charging plugs have now been further reduced in size and improved. A status LED now indicates the charging status "Ready" or "Charging". In addition, the universality has been increased once again, as the new generation of charging plugs can charge even more different models per splitter and thus per charging point of the LiON Box.
The LiON splitters can be exchanged in a few simple steps. This means that the LiON Box is always adaptable and remains your cutting-edge, universal e-bike direct charging solution, even with technological innovations.
And if a plug or cable should ever become defective due to vandalism or wear, you save time and effort by simply replacing the damaged item on site.
